This water tower is indeed on it's side. I'm sure they took it down because it's on the sight of one of the old GM buildings in Lansing.Because of the economy, many Lansing workers no longer have jobs or work in the area. It is a sign of the times. Michigan is hurting. I also don't have a full time job because of the economy.
